Moveen N.S. were celebrating this week following their success in the N.P.C. Primary School’s Quiz, Munster Final. Moveen N.S. took first and second place in the competition which was held in the Auburn Lodge Ennis on Sunday 9th May. 40 teams from all over Munster participated in the exciting competition. 
The winning team with a score of 58 out of 60 was Brendan Carrig, Cathal Downes, Cathal Keane and Cillian Sheehy. The runners up were Enda Greene, Sam Ryan, Hannah McLoughlin and Shane Talty. All pictured with school prinicpal Assumpta Concannon.

We are very proud to announce this blog as our very first online web site and showcase of our school, teachers and pupils. Here we will give more information and publish pictures of our activities, our location, our special projects and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we will!
As a short preview, we can already tell you that we offer our children tuition in violin, accordion and concertina playing and we regularly take part in quizzes. After-school activities include Music, Question-Time, Gaelic Football and Drama.
